* Proven experience in hardware QA, electronics testing, or embedded systems validation.
 * Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals, PCB troubleshooting, and circuit schematics.
 * Fluent in using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
 * Experience validating firmware-driven hardware products and performing detailed defect analysis.
 * Methodical, detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and structured documentation abilities.
 * Practical, hands-on approach with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently within a team environment.
 * Effective communicator, comfortable collaborating across hardware, firmware, and production functions.

## Description

A reputable technology company specialising in digital identity solutions is seeking a dedicated Hardware QA/Test Engineer to join their team., * Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans for NFC hardware and firmware, ensuring rigorous validation across features and interfaces.

 * Execute functional, regression, stress, and validation tests to verify product performance and reliability.
 * Troubleshoot hardware and firmware issues at PCB, component, and system levels; produce clear defect reports.
 * Collaborate with R&D and production teams to verify solutions, evaluate revisions, and improve product robustness.
 * Design, build, and optimise hardware test jigs, fixtures, and automated testing rigs to enhance testing efficiency.
 * Support integration of automated testing systems into manufacturing processes and improve existing test equipment.
 * Test and evaluate new components, prototype circuits, and perform qualification assessments of suppliers.
 * Assist in ensuring products meet certification requirements, supporting certification activities and documentation prep.
 * Participate in root-cause analysis, process improvements, and maintain accurate testing documentation and procedures.
