 * Strong communication and stakeholder-engagement skills
 * Ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into practical technical solutions
 * Ability to obtain high-level UK security clearance
 * British citizenship
 * Permanent UK residency for the last five years
 * Strong commercial experience in software engineering and modern application development
 * Experience building scalable applications, APIs, and distributed systems
 * Experience working with cloud platforms and modern software delivery practices
 * Good understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and Infrastructure as Code

## Description

* Lead and support a team of software engineers
 * Design, develop and test bespoke software solutions
 * Provide technical direction and communicate clearly with clients
 * Produce solution architectures and technical designs
 * Build full-stack applications using Java, JavaScript, React and TypeScript
 * Design and deploy cloud-based solutions, primarily using AWS
 * Create continuous integration pipelines using tools such as GitLab
 * Work across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through to delivery, support and maintenance
 * Deploy software into public and private cloud environments
 * Promote high standards of software quality, security and engineering practice
