The role involves entering lease transaction data into our commercial real estate (CRE) leasing system from a variety of source documents, checking for duplicate records, and liaising with agents to resolve gaps or inconsistencies in the information. This is a hands-on, high-volume data entry role suited to someone who is methodical, naturally inquisitive, and comfortable working across multiple document formats. The successful candidate will enjoy working with data, investigating discrepancies, and resolving information gaps, while being confident communicating with internal stakeholders when information needs clarifying.
