Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and software systems?  * At least 2 years of technical support experience with electro-mechanical systems
 * Experience with PLCs (Siemens and/or Allen Bradley preferred)
 * Ability to read wiring schematics and troubleshoot industrial systems
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Excellent communication and customer service abilities
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus
 * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 25%
 * Ability to work occasional overtime

## Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting customers and field service teams by diagnosing and resolving technical issues across advanced conveyor and logistics automation systems. This is a 1st shift opportunity with competitive pay and exposure to cutting-edge industrial technology., * Provide first-line technical support for electrical, mechanical, and PLC/software issues

 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems remotely and occasionally onsite
 * Support field service engineers and customers with diagnostics and solutions
 * Assist with spare parts identification, quotes, and order support
 * Manage warranty and claim cases, ensuring clear communication and resolution
 * Maintain and update technical documentation, manuals, and training materials
 * Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings
 * Deliver technical training on equipment and systems
 * Collaborate with global teams to share feedback and improve service solutions
