## About the Role

We need someone who loves supporting people to reach their full potential and wants to represent Ada with enthusiasm and professionalism. You should ideally have:

 * Professional experience in software development, data analytics, or a technical Degree/Higher Apprenticeship.
 * Knowledge of either Python or JavaScript, alongside a solid understanding of the Apprenticeship landscape.
 * Experience coaching learners, tracking the EPA (End Point Assessment) process, and maintaining compliance with funding rules.
 * Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills, backed by a solution-focused mindset.

## Description

Your mission is to support a caseload of apprentices while ensuring their employers are up-to-date with their progress. Key responsibilities include:

 * Managing regular check-ins and progress reviews with a caseload of Apprentices and their Employers.
 * Facilitating engaging skills workshops for co-curricular content.
 * Helping Apprentices meet the requirements of their work-based portfolios and find developmental opportunities in the workplace.
 * Removing barriers to progress and helping Apprentices convert their opportunities into successful tech careers.
