The role operates on a 12-hour shift pattern of 05:30 to 17:30, working 4 days on followed by 4 days off, averaging approximately 42 hours per week. This is a key operational role within our growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for CCTV monitoring, Security systems, operational coordination, client and employee liaison, emergency response, reporting, staff scheduling and absence management.
