An on-line application, including a full set of transcripts (official or unofficial), is required to be considered. ## Description As a Consultant in ZS's Strategy Insights & Planning AI Practice Area, you will work at the intersection of AI and strategy - leading engagements that help pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare organizations unlock measurable value from Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI. You will own client workstreams end to end, acting as the primary point of contact and translating ambiguous business problems into clear, executable AI strategies, transformation roadmaps and value cases. You will structure and pressure-test market, technology and competitive research, then synthesize the findings into executive-ready recommendations that senior stakeholders can act on. You will lead the design of enterprise AI operating models, governance and responsible-AI programs, and guide clients through implementation, adoption and value realization. Partnering closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers and technology teams, you will ensure that technical solutions stay aligned to commercial objectives and scale effectively. You will manage scope, timelines, risks and quality across multiple engagements simultaneously, while coaching and developing Associates and Associate Consultants on your teams.
