## About the Role

You'll have:

 * Experience managing month-end accounting processes end-to-end
 * Multi-entity or group accounting experience
 * Strong technical accounting knowledge
 * Excellent balance sheet reconciliation skills
 * Experience with accruals, prepayments and intercompany accounting
 * Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups and ideally Power Query
 * Strong data manipulation and analytical skills
 * Experience improving processes, reporting or automation
 * ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified, Finalist, Qualified or Qualified by Experience

Desirable

 * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
 * Experience within recruitment, healthcare, staffing or another high-volume transactional environment
 * Exposure to shared service or offshore teams

## Description

We're looking for a technically strong Management Accountant to join our growing finance team.

This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on management accounting with data analysis, reporting and process improvement. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of entities, managing the month-end process from start to finish while helping drive automation and reporting improvements across the business., * Own the month-end close for multiple entities

 * Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments and intercompany postings
 * Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls
 * Produce monthly management accounts and variance analysis
 * Improve data quality and financial reporting
 * Analyse large volumes of financial and operational data
 * Automate recurring reports and streamline finance processes
 * Support budgeting, forecasting and year-end audit activities, We're looking for a Management Accountant with substantial experience managing multiple entities, delivering full month-end accounting and reporting cycles, strong technical accounting skills, and a proactive approach to data-driven insights and continuous process improvement.
