As a Technology Project Specialist, you will support the planning, coordination, tracking, and implementation of technology and engineering-related projects. You will maintain project schedules and documentation, monitor milestones and deliverables, coordinate technical stakeholders, and help ensure projects progress according to agreed requirements. You will work closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, IT professionals, operations, suppliers, and business stakeholders to coordinate project activities, track risks and issues, prepare reports, and support successful technology implementations. This position is suitable for candidates with experience in technology projects, IT project support, technical project coordination, engineering projects, PMO, implementation, systems support, or similar environments. What You'll Do * Support planning and delivery of assigned technology and engineering projects. * Coordinate day-to-day project activities across technical and business teams. * Maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, action trackers, and implementation plans. * Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding actions. * Coordinate communication between Project Managers, engineers, IT teams, operations, suppliers, and business stakeholders. * Organise project meetings, technical reviews, implementation sessions, and status updates. * Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, decisions, and action logs. * Maintain accurate project documentation, technical records, reports, and digital files. * Track project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests. * Highlight potential delays, resource constraints, and delivery concerns. * Prepare project status reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and management presentations. * Support technology implementations, deployments, upgrades, migrations, and system changes. * Assist with testing, implementation readiness, and post-deployment activities. * Support user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination where applicable. * Coordinate project activities with technology suppliers, contractors, and authorised service providers. * Support project resource and workload planning. * Assist with routine project budget, purchasing, invoice, and expenditure tracking where applicable. * Maintain project information within approved project-management and collaboration platforms. * Support project governance, documentation, and quality requirements. * Help maintain project templates, procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge resources. * Monitor implementation activities and help coordinate resolution of project-related issues. * Identify opportunities to improve project workflows and technical delivery processes. * Contribute to continuous improvement across technology project management., * Develop specialised experience across technology and engineering project delivery. * Build practical skills in project planning, implementation, reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder coordination. * Gain exposure to technology deployments, system upgrades, migrations, and digital initiatives. * Work with modern project-management and collaboration platforms. * Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, IT specialists, operations professionals, suppliers, and business stakeholders. * Strengthen both project-management and technical capabilities. * Gain experience supporting projects through planning, implementation, testing, and handover. * Participate in technical and operational improvement initiatives. * Contribute ideas that improve project workflows and delivery efficiency. * Build transferable experience for progression into Senior Technology Project Specialist, Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Technology Project Lead, or PMO Specialist positions. * Work within a professional, collaborative, and inclusive technology environment Pay: £2,750.00-£3,750.00 per month ## Related Videos - [You’re a great coder?
