## About the Role

Buscamos un/a profesional con experiencia en estrategia industrial y tecnológica para apoyar programas de defensa nacionales e internacionales, en alineación con normativas OTAN, UE y el Plan Nacional de I+D en Defensa., * Grado o Máster en Ingeniería (Telecomunicaciones, Industrial, Informática o Aeronáutica)

 * Se valorará formación en ciberseguridad, innovación industrial o logística militar

Experiencia

 * Mínimo 3 años en asistencia técnica para estrategias industriales/tecnológicas (últimos 10 años)
 * Mínimo 1 año en comunicación institucional o gestión de stakeholders en entornos regulados
 * Experiencia en defensa, Industria 4.0 o digitalización industrial: muy valorable

Competencias técnicas

 * Normativas: PECAL 2110, STANAG/OTAN, ISO 27001
 * Herramientas: MS Project / Jira / Primavera · Power BI / Tableau / Excel avanzado · SAP
 * Metodologías: Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, análisis de riesgos (FMEA)

Certificaciones

 * Obligatorio: Formación en PECAL 2110 · Inglés B2/C1
 * Valorable: PMP / Prince2 · ITIL · Certificaciones OTAN o IEEE

## Description

* Analizar el estado de programas industriales de defensa: capacidades tecnológicas, inversiones y riesgos
 * Participar en planes de modernización de sistemas (C4ISR, vehículos blindados) e implementación de tecnologías disruptivas (IA, ciberseguridad, manufactura aditiva)
 * Elaborar informes técnicos y análisis coste-beneficio para la toma de decisiones

Comunicación institucional

 * Actuar como enlace entre cliente, proveedores y sponsors
 * Preparar materiales para reuniones con el Ministerio de Defensa y eventos del sector (FEINDEF, etc.)

Cumplimiento normativo

 * Velar por el cumplimiento de PECAL 2110, estándares STANAG/OTAN y Esquema Nacional de Seguridad (ENS)
