You'll ideally bring: * 2+ years' experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role. * Experience creating interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik. * Strong SQL skills. * Experience with Python would be advantageous. * Excellent Excel skills and good working knowledge of PowerPoint. * A strong understanding of data modelling, including data grain, relationships, dimensional models and reusable metrics. * The ability to take complex data and turn it into simple, compelling and actionable insights. * Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders. * The ability to manage competing priorities and balance planned analytical work with urgent and ad hoc requests. * A commercial mindset and the ability to connect analysis to customer outcomes, operational performance and financial impact. * A curious and proactive approach - you'll naturally want to ask questions, challenge assumptions and find out what the data is really telling you. * The ability to work at pace, make decisions and take ownership of your work. * Knowledge of the telecoms sector is desirable, but definitely not essential. * Right to work in the UK. ## Description You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference across the business.
