* Must have prior experience implementing the Avature platform.
 * Must have prior experience with Workday (ATS, Onboarding, and HCM).
 * 5+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale enterprise rollouts.
 * Experience managing projects for organizations with 10,000+ employees.
 * Strong vendor management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred:

 * PMP Certification.

## Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the global implementation of the Avature Applicant Tracking System (Recruiting & Onboarding). This is a high-visibility role responsible for the full project lifecycle, ensuring a seamless integration with our Workday HCM environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external consultants to deliver a successful global go-live for a 10,000+ employee organization., * Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle (Planning, Configuration, Testing, Go-Live, Hypercare).

 * Oversee the technical integration between Avature and Workday.
 * Coordinate workstreams across IT, Security, and HR departments globally.
 * Lead Parallel Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-to-end validation.
 * Manage vendor relationships and external implementation consultants.
 * Identify risks and issues and provide regular strategic updates to senior leadership.
