## Description

Robert Half are support a client to recruit for an IT Support Engineer. As part of the IT Services Team, you will provide day-to-day IT support to colleagues across Microsoft 365 and internal systems., * Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve IT issues efficiently

 * Support laptops, monitors, docks and meeting room equipment
 * Provide support for corporate iPhones and personal devices
 * Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
 * Manage user accounts for new starters and leavers
 * Keep IT asset records up to date
 * Provide basic IT inductions for new users
 * Manage Teams, Exchange Online groups and distribution lists
 * Assist with IT equipment rollouts and office projects
 * Support users with Microsoft 365 and internal applications
 * Help maintain the helpdesk, automated processes and phishing awareness systems
 * Embrace new technologies, including automation and AI
