## About the Role

This role would suit a recent graduate or someone with up to two years of professional experience.

You should have:

 * Experience building at least one complete software project.
 * Strong programming fundamentals.
 * Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Python or a similar language.
 * Familiarity with web applications, APIs, MCPs and databases.
 * The ability to work independently when a problem is not fully specified.
 * An interest in AI developer tools and how software teams work.

Nice to have:

 * Hackathon wins
 * Open source contributions
 * Side projects

Experience with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or other coding agents is expected

## Description

You will work directly with the founding team to build and test early versions of the product.Your work will include

 * Building backend services and customer-facing product features.
 * Integrating with tools such as GitHub, Linear and AI coding agents.
 * Prototyping ways for agents to share context and coordinate work.
 * Designing systems for handling codebase context, agent activity and team knowledge.
 * Speaking with early users and turning their feedback into product improvements.
 * Testing, debugging and shipping your own work.

The role will involve a mixture of product engineering, backend development and experimentation with AI systems.
