Key Role Requirement: * Strong Salesforce development experience including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce Flows. * Proven history in leading Salesforce development teams and delivering Salesforce projects. * Hands-on experience with trigger frameworks, integration patterns, and deployment strategies (CI/CD). * Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, sharing rules, security models, and governor limits. * Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce like Copado, Gearset, or similar is a plus. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges. * Ability to collaborate with teams and communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. * Knowledge of Data Cloud and Agent Force is desirable. * Monitor the performance of Salesforce solutions and implement optimizations as needed. * Lead troubleshooting and debugging efforts for complex Salesforce-related issues. * mplement and enforce best practices for development, testing, and release management. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Experience in environments using Version Control Systems (e.g., Git).
