* 3+ years' experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Reporting
 * Strong SQL Server and query optimisation skills
 * Advanced Power BI experience
 * Experience with ETL, data modelling and reporting
 * Advanced Excel skills
 * Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

 * Experience within healthcare, social care or multi-site organisations
 * Knowledge of SSRS
