## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar agile facilitation role, typically 3+ years
 * Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and other agile frameworks
 * Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting team self-organisation
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Ability to identify and remove blockers quickly
 * Experience coaching teams and individuals toward higher performance
 * A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
 * Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Nice-to-have:

 * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar credential
 * Experience in technology, engineering or financial services environments
 * Exposure to scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe
 * Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools
 * Understanding of distributed systems, microservices or CI/CD pipelines

Roles of this type may sit within cross-functional delivery teams, working closely with product owners, engineers and stakeholders to remove impediments, facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement. You could be involved in coaching teams toward higher performance, supporting the adoption of agile ways of working, and helping to deliver outcomes that matter., * Facilitating agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives

 * Removing blockers and impediments that slow team progress
 * Coaching teams in agile practices and helping embed a culture of continuous improvement
 * Supporting teams to improve delivery performance and velocity
 * Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities
 * Monitoring and reporting on delivery performance and team health
 * Supporting the adoption and scaling of agile practices across the organisation
 * Working across multiple workstreams or teams where required
