* High school diploma or equivalent required
 * IT support experience required
 * Healthcare terminology or healthcare IT experience preferred
 * Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, JIRA, and RSA preferred
 * Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
 * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
 * Strong organizational and time-management skills
 * Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
 * Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
 * Previous experience supporting healthcare, Medicare or Medicare Advantage environments and Tier II desktop support preferred

## Description

* Provide Tier II technical support for end users
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
 * Image, configure, and deploy laptops and desktop computers
 * Provide remote support when needed
 * Create, modify, and terminate user accounts using Active Directory, RSA, JIRA, Exchange and SharePoint
 * Document and resolve technical issues while maintaining excellent customer service
 * Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
 * Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
