## About the Role

+ 7-10+ years' experience in integration architecture

 + Strong expertise in APIs, middleware, event-driven systems

 + Experience with industrial machines / IoT (important)

 + Ensure robust and real-time system integrations

 + On-site presence in Kinston, NC 3 days/week

Salary Range: $80K-$150K

## Description

+ Design, architect, and oversee end-to-end integration solutions across enterprise platforms, applications, and external systems.

 + Lead the development and governance of APIs, middleware solutions, and event-driven architectures to ensure scalability, performance, and resiliency.

 + Architect and support real-time, near real-time, and asynchronous integrations using modern integration patterns and messaging frameworks.

 + Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless connectivity between systems and services

 + Design and implement integrations for industrial machines, IoT platforms, and edge systems, ensuring secure and reliable data ingestion and processing.

 + Establish integration standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines to ensure consistency and long-term maintainability.

 + Ensure system integrations meet high availability, performance, security, and compliance requirements.

 + Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, providing architectural guidance and root-cause analysis

 + Evaluate and recommend integration technologies, tools, and frameworks aligned with business and technical strategy.
