Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Experience in web development, cloud computing, data structures, algorithms, and system architecture. * Experience in ORACLE and/or SQL Server RDBMS. * Knowledge of various software development tools, frameworks, and methodologies, e.g., Agile, Scrum, Git, or DevOps. * Skills in performing unit testing, debugging, and utilizing performance optimization tools and techniques. * Skills in secure coding practices. ## Description Under general supervision of the Sr Manager II Application Development, designs and develops custom software applications and business process management solutions to meet business needs, increase efficiency, and automate business processes. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to understand requirements, develop and implement solutions. Works closely with the Principal Application Engineers, ensuring high-quality solutions and seamless user experiences.
