## Description

Value Technology Inc is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for complex, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile/Scrum frameworks, stakeholder management, and coaching teams toward continuous improvement and high performance., * Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives

 * Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, values, and best practices
 * Remove impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies
 * Partner with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
 * Drive continuous improvement using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time)
 * Foster collaboration between development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
 * Support Scaled Agile initiatives (SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks)
 * Ensure transparent communication and reporting to leadership
 * Facilitate release planning and support delivery commitments
 * Mentor junior Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners
 * Promote Agile mindset across the organization
