Preferences * Prior experience in a supervisory role. * NERC certification preferred within 6 months of hire date * Knowledge of strategic plan and objectives for area, day-to-day operations of specific area, company policies, procedures and practices, and federal, state, and local laws and regulations. * Knowledge of the Accident Prevention manual. * Knowledge of outage management systems. * Knowledge of energy management systems. Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without an accommodation. ## Description * Manage the Salt Lake City or Portland region system operations center.
