* mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Beratung oder einer Inhouse-Rolle mit Schwerpunkt M365, Modern Work sowie Microsoft Copilot bzw. AI Integration; Erfahrungen in digitalen Change-Prozessen sind von Vorteil \n
 * ein sehr gutes Verständnis für M365-Governance, Compliance-Anforderungen sowie Prozessoptimierung, beispielsweise mit der Power Platform \n
 * Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder operativen Projektleitung (agil oder klassisch) sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise \n
 * ein sicheres Auftreten, Empathie in der Kundenberatung sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln \n
 * Begeisterung für die Kundenberatung sowie Freude daran, moderne Kollaborations-Themen und innovative KI-Lösungen gemeinsam mit Kunden und im Team erfolgreich voranzubringen \n
 * sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse \n
