## About the Role

* Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einem für die Position relevanten Studiengang, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Digitalisierung, Innovation oder Künstliche Intelligenz.
 * Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Innovationsmanagement, Consulting oder in der digitalen Transformation mit und verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Künstliche Intelligenz, Digitalisierung sowie datenbasierte Prozesse.
 * Du kennst dich mit Governance- und regulatorischen Anforderungen im KI-Umfeld aus und konntest idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen im Finanz- oder Bankenumfeld sammeln.
 * Du verfügst idealerweise über ein gutes Verständnis von Datenmanagement- und Data-Science-Konzepten. Eine ausgeprägte IT-Affinität, grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse sowie erste Erfahrungen mit Cloud-Plattformen wie AWS sind ein Plus.
 * Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (C1).
 * Du überzeugst durch deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Stakeholder, auch auf Managementebene, für neue Ideen und Veränderungen zu gewinnen.
 * Du analysierst komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell, denkst vernetzt und bereitest Ergebnisse sowie Entscheidungsvorlagen adressatengerecht und überzeugend auf.
 * Ein agiles Mindset mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, Wertschätzung, Flexibilität sowie Offenheit für neue Technologien und innovative Lösungswege zeichnen dich aus.
