## About the Role

* We are looking for an experienced C# .NET 10 developer with strong React skills.
 * We would like someone with at least 5 years of commercial experience developing .NET applications.
 * We need strong experience in React, TypeScript, Visual Studio, and .NET 10.
 * We value experience with SignalR for real-time communication.
 * We are looking for someone with UI experience, including Tailwind CSS.
 * We need a solid understanding of OOP, Entity Framework, dependency injection, unit testing, and integration testing.
 * Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL Server, including vector search, is important.
 * We want someone comfortable with API integrations.
 * Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Copilot is required.
 * Python for AI tooling and evaluation scripts is highly desirable.
 * Experience with Semantic Kernel or LangChain frameworks is highly desirable.
 * Linux and Docker experience is highly desirable.
 * MCP experience is highly desirable.
 * We are looking for someone open to learning more about AI tools and development in this area.
 * We require office attendance in Chesterfield at least 2 days per week, including Wednesdays as a set in-office day.
