## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalent.
 * Experience troubleshooting in a multi-user, high-availability environment.
 * Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
 * Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery.
 * Experience with networking technologies, including TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, and DHCP.
 * Experience supporting Windows, Mac, and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
 * Experience working with Windows Server technologies.
 * Preferred: experience in networking.
 * Preferred: experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment.

## Description

* Support internal employees in a technical, on-premise IT Services role.
 * Provide hands-on support for PC hardware, software, and internal tooling.
 * Use our internal ticketing tool to communicate with customers.
 * Prepare hardware for new hires joining the company.
 * Manage IT asset inventory.
