Familiarity with SLAs, KPI measurement, and reporting. * Demonstrated leadership skills, including team development and performance management. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including adaptability in dynamic environment. * Experience in Change Management, planning, communication, and implementation of organizational changes. * Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement abilities. * Experience with SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms is a plus. * Payroll certifications (CPP, CPS, CPM) are an advantage. * Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. ## Description The HR & Payroll Operations Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of managed payroll services (MPS) in SAP ecosystem for international clients. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing, manages client relationships, and drives continuous improvement in payroll operations. The Payroll Operations Manager acts as the main escalation point for payroll issues, collaborates closely with Payroll Country Leads, and supports the professional development of the payroll team.
