Do you have experience in Supplier management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree required

 * 6+ years of experience in business operations, procurement, finance, or related areas
 * Experience with procurement operations, vendor management, purchase orders, or invoice resolution
 * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
 * Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, SAP, or SharePoint preferred
 * Regulated industry experience preferred (pharma, biotech, healthcare, or medical device)

Preferred Skills

 * Process improvement or operational excellence experience
 * Change management experience
 * Dashboarding and reporting experience
 * Lean / Six Sigma knowledge preferred
 * Experience with automation or AI tools is a plus, * Bachelor's (Preferred), * business operations or Operational excellence : 8 years (Preferred)

## Description

We are seeking a Manager, Business Operations to support procurement operations, process improvement, and operational analytics within a regulated business environment. This role will partner with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders to improve efficiency, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives., * Support procure-to-pay (P2P) operations including purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and invoice resolution

 * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve procurement and operational issues
 * Develop dashboards, reports, and operational metrics using Excel, Smartsheet, and Power BI
 * Support process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational excellence initiatives
 * Maintain SharePoint documentation, templates, and knowledge resources
 * Prepare reports and presentations for leadership teams
