This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing day-to-day IT operations with strategic technology initiatives. You'll work closely with the Director of IT, managed service providers, software vendors, and internal teams to help maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient technology environment while supporting projects that strengthen our cybersecurity posture, modernize our infrastructure, and improve the employee, Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain IT procedures, knowledge base articles, system documentation, and standard operating procedures while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and technology processes.Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with managed service providers, software vendors, and internal departments to coordinate technology services, resolve issues, and ensure the successful delivery of IT initiatives.What We're Looking ForExperience: 2+ years of experience in IT operations, technical support, cybersecurity, project coordination, or a related technology role.Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, endpoint management, and modern business technology environments.Organization & Communication: Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and customer service skills with the, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
