Roles & Responsibilities Technical Skills * Strong experience in: o Windows 10 / Windows 11 administration o Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 o Active Directory / Azure AD o Endpoint management tools (SCCM / Intune) o Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) * Experience working with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.).
