## About the Role

University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field

 * Programming & Data Analytics Skills: Knowledge of Python and SQL; familiarity with data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI; experience with R or Java is a plus
 * Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with basic exposure to ML frameworks (e. g. TensorFlow, PyTorch), data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation is advantageous
 * Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
 * Strong analytical thinking with a structured approach problem solving
 * Communication, Stakeholder Management & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate across functions, manage stakeholders efficiently, and communicate fluently in English

## Description

* Define and maintain a data framework to build steering dashboards that provide pipeline visibility and actionable analytics for business steering
 * Provide regular, proactive updates to management on business development, including opportunities, key trends, and risks
 * Answer AdHoc Analysis Request from high-level stakeholders for defined areas
 * Identify, initiate, and drive continuous improvements in reporting tools and workflows to enhance transparency, efficiency, and data quality
 * Drive adoption of digital analytics solutions and continuously enhance reporting capabilities through automation, visualization, and collaboration with IT, Sales and central teams
