* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; Master's/MBA (or equivalent) preferred.
 * 10+ years in Digital Procurement/Supply Chain, digital transformation, Process Excellence, consulting, or technology-enabled transformation with exposure to global/regional operating models; semiconductor knowledge is a plus.
 * Strong project management experience leading worldwide cross-functional teams (certification a plus).
 * Proven digital mindset with implementation track record in innovative/digital solutions and AI solutions.
