## Description

* Du unterstützt den Bereich HR Digital in organisatorischen sowie administrativen Tätigkeiten rund um das Themenfeld HR-Systeme und HR-Prozesse
 * Du pflegst Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepte und hilfst auch beim Daten-Management aus
 * Im Rahmen von Projekteinführungen bereitest Du Key User Trainings vor und hilfst bei der Durchführung
 * Bei Projekten zu Verbesserungen der Employee Experience in HR-Systemen leistet Du Support und übernimmst dabei Teilprojekte
 * Für definierte IT-Tools, wie z.B. Workday, ergänzt Du unseren First und Second-Level Support
 * Abgerundet werden Deine Aufgaben durch die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen HRIS Teams, dem internen IT-Bereich und dem Datenschutz/Compliance-Bereich
