## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, etwa Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Anwendersupport und in der Serveradministration unter Windows und Linux
 * Sichere Praxis mit Virtualisierung, idealerweise Proxmox VE, und mit Firewalls, bevorzugt OPNsense oder pfSense
 * Praxissoftware und TI-Komponenten kennst du aus dem Arbeitsalltag, nicht aus der Theorie
 * Du priorisierst nach Dringlichkeit und erklärst Technik so, dass eine MFA damit weiterkommt
 * Bereitschaft zur Verschwiegenheitsverpflichtung nach Paragraf 203 Absatz 3 StGB
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Führerschein Klasse B für die Einsätze vor Ort

Von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

 * Mailcow, Docker, Ansible oder Skripting mit PowerShell, Bash oder Python
 * Datenschutz und IT-Sicherheit im medizinischen Umfeld: Artikel 32 DSGVO, Paragraf 75b SGB V

 * Be an early applicant, * Störungen im Level 1 bis 3 annehmen, priorisieren und lösen - telefonisch, per Fernwartung und vor Ort in den Praxen
 * Praxisverwaltungssysteme betreuen, insbesondere medatixx und x.comfort: Updates, Datensicherung, Schnittstellen zu Geräten und Fremdsystemen
 * Telematikinfrastruktur administrieren: Konnektor bzw. TI-Gateway, eHealth-Kartenterminals, SMC-B, gSMC-KT, eHBA, KIM, ePA und eRezept
 * Windows- und Linux-Server betreuen, virtualisiert auf Proxmox VE mit Cluster, ZFS, Backup und Migration
 * Netzwerk und Firewall mit OPNsense: Regelwerke, VLAN-Segmentierung, VPN, IDS
 * Mailinfrastruktur auf Basis von Mailcow oder Microsoft 365
 * Backup und Restore [Veeam / Acronis], Monitoring und Patchmanagement [Zabbix]
 * Alles im Ticketsystem TANSS dokumentieren und an unseren DSGVO-Prozessen mitarbeiten
