## About the Role

* Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Informationstechnologie oder Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
 * Ein fundiertes technisches Wissen über Microsoft Intune sowie JAMF und Samsung Knox kannst du nachweisen. Zudem kennst du dich mit den Betriebssystemen Windows, iOS, macOS, Android gut aus.
 * Des Weiteren hast du Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Windows Autopilot, Samsung Knox, Android Zero Touch, Apple ADE gesammelt.
 * Darüber hinaus kennst du dich mit den Themen Group Policy Richtlinien aus und hast bereits mit remote Computing Lösungen wie Remote Desktop Services und Azure Virtual Desktop gearbeitet.
 * Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Infrastructure Services, insbesondere: (entraID, Intune,…) zeichnen dich aus.
 * Du kennst dich in der Koordination und dem Erwartungsmanagement von Stakeholdern sowie im Bereich ITSM / ITIL-Prozesse aus.
 * Anhand von internen Kundenanforderungen analysierst du die Ist-Situation, erstellst und bewertest erste Lösungsansätze und setzt die Lösung selbständig um.
 * Du hast Erfahrung mit einer der folgenden Projektmanagement Methoden (SCRUM, Prince2, PMI, IPMA).
 * Last but not least besitzt du ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- sowie Kollaborationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch und Englisch.
