As a Mechanical Engineer in the Customized Solutions team you will be a problem solver with expectations to find practical answers to interesting challenges. Ideal candidates will be proficient in 3D CAD application, analysis, calculation, and package management. Candidates will be expected to be accountable for a scope of work from initial enquiry through to concept, detailed design, delivery, and project close out. The role involves working as part of a multi-disciplined team as well as client and supplier interface (internal & external). The role is accountable for contributing to the development of all Subsea 7's policies and procedures. All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices. What will you be doing? * Experience with a fast response, service-oriented business * Strong understanding of and experience with project and product life cycle * Proficiency with schedule management * Aptitude with developing complex systems. * Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers. * Use technical skills to be able to explain to potential customers the benefits of our products vs. other products., * Professional qualifications - Accredited Engineering Degree.
