Assess requirements for Internal business processes, ensuring compatibility with manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics operations while aligning with organizational strategic goals. Implement new processes, evaluate existing ones, and recommend optimal solutions and improvements. Partner with business process owners and management on strategic initiatives. Utilize quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost-benefit, and process measurement analysis. Research industry trends for applying process improvement techniques and best practices.
