* Strong commercial Java experience
 * Full-stack experience with TypeScript, JavaScript and React
 * Cloud experience, particularly AWS (Azure beneficial)
 * CI/CD experience with tools such as GitLab
 * Experience leading or mentoring engineers
 * Comfortable engaging with clients and providing technical direction
 * Consultancy experience beneficial but not essential

## Description

This is a great role for a Senior/Lead Engineer who wants to stay hands-on while taking ownership of technical direction. You'll lead engineers, shape architecture and design decisions, and work directly with clients to turn complex problems into high-quality software.
