You'll be responsible for preparing, configuring and deploying desktops, laptops and VDI devices, as well as supporting smartphones and helping with wider IT projects. You'll work closely with the onsite 2nd Line support team, so there will also be opportunities to build your wider technical knowledge across desktop, VDI and end-user support. This is a full-time, position working a 37.5-hour week Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be required to have a flexible approach as overtime and on-call duties may be required. Due to the nature of the work and the customers we support, the successful candidate must be eligible to meet UK Government and contractual personnel security requirements, including the applicable residency requirements for the role, and have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Some roles may also be subject to nationality requirements where these are necessary to meet UK Government or contractual security obligations.
