## About the Role

* 5-7+ years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile delivery roles in ecommerce environments
 * 2+ years of project management experience i
 * Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and customer journeys
 * Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, etc.)
 * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
 * Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills

 * Experience working in retail or fashion or ecommerce

## Description

Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership

 * Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
 * Act as a servant leader to 1-2 cross-functional Scrum teams
 * Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement
 * Remove blockers and proactively manage dependencies across teams
 * Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
 * Track project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar

Ecommerce Execution

 * Drive delivery of ecommerce initiatives such as product catalog, checkout, payments, promotions, personalization, and order management
 * Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog, prioritize features, and define acceptance criteria
 * Ensure timely and high-quality releases aligned with seasonal retail cycles
