Minimum 5+ Years of Recent Experience in Tableau is Mandatory, * Proven hands-on experience building dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.

 * Experience with script-based data normalization and transformation (Python or similar).
 * Solid understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design best practices.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for operational and executive audiences.
 * Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, aggregation, joins across large datasets, and performance tuning.
 * Connect and integrate multiple data sources (databases, APIs, flat files, enterprise platforms) into unified reporting datasets.
 * Build and maintain scripted data normalization and transformation pipelines (e.g., Python) to standardize, cleanse, and reconcile data from disparate systems.
 * Aggregate data across domains to produce consistent, reliable metrics and KPIs.
 * Apply data visualization best practices to make complex data intuitive - right chart for the right story, clean layouts, drill-down paths.
 * Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable reporting products.
 * Automate recurring manual reporting processes to improve speed, consistency, and scalability.
 * Validate data quality and investigate discrepancies across source systems; document data lineage and reporting logic.
 * Strong SQL skills - complex joins, aggregations, window functions, query optimization.
