Experience with macOS and Windows administration; knowledge of Microsoft Office (desktop), Google Workspace, Zoom Workplace, SharePoint, Salesforce, TeamViewer, Apple Remote Desktop, Okta Identity, and ThreatLocker. Knowledge of Freshservice or other ITSM systems. Jamf Pro or similar MDM experience. Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills and ability to take initiative. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. ## Description About the position: Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Operations, the IT Technical Support Assistant will be the problem solver for technology and be the first line of defense for technology needs. This position will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring our employees can work efficiently and without disruption.
