## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
 * 5+ years of progressive experience with demonstrated project management responsibilities.
 * 5+ years of experience working within Northern Virginia jurisdictions (Fairfax, Arlington, Prince William, Loudoun).
 * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
 * Experience with 3D modeling platforms such as SketchUp, Enscape, and similar software.
 * Knowledge of entitlement processes, local codes, and permitting requirements.
 * Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
 * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
 * Professional license preferred.

## Description

* Manage the full project lifecycle for landscape architecture and site development projects from kickoff to closeout.
 * Oversee technical tasks such as developing renderings, preparing conceptual plans, planting plans, hardscape layout, lighting, and construction detailing.
 * Develop site design concepts and detailed plans for outdoor amenity spaces, including plazas, courtyards, and streetscapes.
 * Oversee the preparation of construction details and technical specifications that align with project standards and local codes.
 * Prepare illustrative renderings, 3D visualizations, and presentation graphics to communicate design intent.
 * Serve as the primary client point of contact, maintaining strong relationships and guiding communication between internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
 * Facilitate collaboration with civil engineers, planners, architects, and other professionals.
 * Provide mentorship, direction, and quality assurance for junior team members.
