## About the Role

What You'll Need

 * US Citizenship
 * Active TS/SCI + Full Scope Polygraph
 * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline
 * OR five (5) additional years of Systems Engineering experience in lieu of a degree
 * 7+ years of systems engineering experience on medium-scale (20-100 personnel) or larger programs/contracts
 * Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools
 * Experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum, etc)

What Will Set You Apart

 * Experience with SysML tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw or Rhapsody
 * INCOSE ASEP or similar systems engineering certification, Agile Programming Methodologies, Atlassian JIRA, Computer Science, Cross-Functional, Diversity, Documentation, Engineering, Engineering Management, Full Scope Polygraph, Integration Testing, Problem Solving Skills, Project Management Software, Project Tracking, Requirements Management, Scrum Project Management and Software Development, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Software Development, Software Engineering, Systems Administration/Management, Systems Engineering, Systems Maintenance, Technical Analysis, Top Secret Clearance, United States Citizen

## Description

As a Systems Engineer (Junior/Mid-Level) at CyberPoint, you will support the design, integration and management of complex systems across mission-critical programs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system requirements are defined, implemented and aligned with operational needs.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

What You'll Do

 * Supports systems engineering activities across the full lifecycle, including requirements, design, integration and testing
 * Collaborate with software engineers, developers and stakeholders to ensure system alignment with mission objectives
 * Assist in developing and maintaining system documentation and artifacts
 * Participate in Agile processes and program execution activities
 * Use tools such as Jira and Confluence to track work and manage workflows
 * Contribute to system-level problem solving and technical analysis

This position is 100% onsite and requires an active TS/SCI+FSP Security Clearance.
