## Description

* Betreuung des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports für unsere Mitarbeitenden
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Clients, Notebooks und mobilen Endgeräten
 * Administration von Microsoft Windows Clients und Windows Servern
 * Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung in Active Directory und Microsoft 365
 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-365-Umgebung
 * Betreuung und Wartung der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur (LAN, WLAN, VPN)
 * Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
 * Softwareverteilung und Paketierung
 * Installation und Betreuung von Druckern und weiterer Peripherie
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten sowie der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
