 * Very good knowledge of the automotive industry.
 * Ability to work well under pressure and strong organisational skills.
 * Positive charisma and enthusiasm.
 * High commitment to achieve goals.
 * Determined and lives the hands-on mentality.
 * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint is required.
 * Full professional proficiency in English and German or French.
 * Holds an EU Driving Licence (class B).
 * Proven experience in a similar position for 3-5 years.
 * Excellent communications skills and ability to negotiate at all levels.

## Description

* Acquisition of new dealers for AEC Retail Dealer Network
 * Coordination of market enablement activities with other departments
 * Coordination of CI fulfillment activities
 * Servicing existing dealers
 * Development of comprehensive product knowledge in respect of all AEC Products and Services, Processes and Promotions
 * Serving as an expert and brand ambassador by remaining current on all AEC Products, Programs and News
 * Analysis and assessment of the market conditions
 * Collection and Coordination of customer surveys
