* Identifikation, Erprobung und praxisnahe Integration von KI-Anwendungen (z. B. Microsoft Copilot, KI-gestützte Workflow-Tools) zur Entlastung unserer Teams im beruflichen Alltag
 * Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer modernen Microsoft 365-Arbeitsumgebung (Teams, SharePoint) für eine einfache und standortübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
 * Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Steuerung von Digitalisierungsprojekten - von der ersten Idee über die Auswahl passender Softwarelösungen bis zum erfolgreichen Rollout
 * Aktive Begleitung der MitarbeiterInnen bei der Einführung neuer digitaler Tools, Erstellung von leicht verständlichen Leitfäden und Durchführung praxisnaher Workshops
 * Enger Austausch mit den Fachbereichen, der IT-Leitung und externen Dienstleistern, um digitale Potenziale bestmöglich zu heben
