Shop- und Systembetreuung

 * Pflege und Verwaltung unseres Shopify-Shops und JTL-Shops
 * Artikelpflege in JTL
 * Betreuung und Optimierung unserer Shops
 * Kontrolle und Verwaltung von Lagerbeständen
 * Anlage und Überwachung von Bestellungen
 * Freigabe von Beständen im B2B-Shop

Marktplatzmanagement

 * Betreuung unserer Verkaufsplattformen:
 * Amazon
 * Kaufland
 * OTTO
 * eBay
 * Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung von Produktlistings
 * Bearbeitung von Tickets bei den verschiedenen Marktplätzen
 * Eigenständige oder teamübergreifende Lösung von Problemen auf den Marktplätzen
 * Anbindung und Einrichtung weiterer Verkaufsplattformen

Content & Kundenservice

 * Erstellung und Pflege von Produkttexten
 * Erstellung von Newslettern
 * Bildbearbeitung und Aufbereitung von Produktbildern
 * Bearbeitung von Retouren
 * Unterstützung im Kundenservice

Je nach Erfahrung und Interesse
