 * Durchführung von 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Microsoft- und Client-Umfeld
 * Einrichtung und Betreuung von PCs, Notebooks, mobilen Endgeräten und Standardsoftware
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungen
 * Unterstützung bei Hardware-Rollouts, Standardisierung und Migrationen
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen, Prozessen und Supportfällen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit System Engineering, Security und Consulting
