 * Erfahrung mit Microsoft-Cloud-Diensten wie Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive sowie Microsoft Defender und Purview
 * Gute Kenntnisse im Benutzer-, Gruppen-, Rollen- und Berechtigungsmanagement sowie in hybriden On-Premises-/Cloud-Umgebungen
 * Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch bei parallel auftretenden Anforderungen den Überblick zu behalten und Prioritäten zu setzen
 * Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft, in einem kleinen Administratorenteam Verantwortung zu übernehmen

Von Vorteil sind:

 * Kenntnisse in PowerShell, Azure Infrastructure Services und Automatisierung
 * Erfahrung mit Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Security und Microsoft Defender

* Betreuung von Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online und OneDrive
 * Administration von Microsoft Intune und mobilen Endgeräten
 * Umsetzung und Pflege von Conditional Access, MFA und Sicherheitsrichtlinien
 * Überwachung und Bearbeitung von Security- und Compliance-Themen
 * Fehleranalyse und 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support im Microsoft-Umfeld
